Really enjoyed every detail about my very nice 2 nights stay here. Booked a room with so many lovely touches. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location for visiting bars and pubs walking distance to the hotel. The restaurant was pleasant and my meal was great.

Their staff were quirky.

The rooms were all fashionable and individually decorated with breakfast. The location met every demand, it was marvellous and lovely up to a local pub called the Brookside.

Beautiful and clean place, scenic view of the sunrise from the shower. Great and gorgeous location in a safe area, so close to the centre of Windermere and Bowness, all the lakes and the ferries. Situated only 1 km from Lake Windermere. Pleasant, courteous people working here.

Polite and incredible staff and gorgeous location very close to the bars and restaurants near by, and town centre. Just close to Queen's Park. Overall delightful stay for 3 nights.

The location was marvellous for me, to the pub or lovely tapas in Windermere. Its rooms were spotless and airy. The staff were pleasant and knew how to help.

All the staff was nice, settled my issues. I really enjoyed small double room particularly in bathroom. Had excellent facilities, such as a lounge and a kitchen.

The hotel was in a great position short walk to Windermere and Windermere as well as Windermere town centre and Bowness. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Windermere. We thoroughly enjoyed the small queen room which was absolutely spotless and luxurious particularly in bathroom.

The staff were very good from arrival to departure. It was luxurious, big size and for an extra £10.

It is in marvellous location to a lake District hill, set very close to the hotel. It's in the very quiet residential area near a local pub called the Brookside and lake side harbour which is another bonus.

The breakfast was marvellous and delicious with delicious black pudding; and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. We got a room with a bathtub. Our hotel was in a particularly good location in explaining in-&-out of Lake District & making arrangements for the cab.

Pretty hotel with very welcoming staff. Spacious and airy room with photos on web, a nice bathroom and comfy bed as advertised. Lots of delicious options for meal. Amazing, gorgeous location in the very quiet residential area.

This B&B is located in a great area, fairly close to the centre of town. The rooms are clean and welcoming, with attention to detail and lovely touches like antique beds and local hand washes. The breakfast is delicious, with a good selection of options and catered to dietary needs. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate allergies and provide extras.

Other aspects of the hotel could be improved.

Our small king room was immaculate and bright. Our breakfast was delicious with perfect poached eggs. The location was incredible and easy - just 5 minutes' walk from D & d s & s Club.
